1. Order Processing Time

Once your order confirmation is completed, our team will conduct order verification, product quality inspection and professional packaging within 1-3 business days. Weekends and local public holidays are excluded from the processing period and will not be counted as working days.
During large promotional activities, seasonal shopping peaks and holiday periods, the surge in order volume may lead to delayed processing progress. We will actively send email notifications to all customers to inform you of any obvious order delays and update the latest processing status in a timely manner.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all orders are automatically calculated according to the actual package weight, size and shipping destination. All specific shipping expenses will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment.

Standard Shipping: 15 business days
All delivery times are reference estimates and do not represent guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery progress may be affected by various uncontrollable factors, including courier logistics delays, customs clearance review cycles, severe weather changes, regional logistics restrictions and statutory holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your bag order is fully packaged, inspected and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email, which contains exclusive tracking numbers and official logistics query channels for your parcel.
Tracking information will not be updated immediately after shipment. Due to the data synchronization mechanism of global logistics systems, real-time tracking details will be fully available within 24 to 48 hours after delivery.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers must carefully confirm and verify the accuracy and completeness of the recipient’s shipping address, postal code and contact information during checkout to avoid delivery failure or parcel return.
SZE WA LAW shall not be responsible for any misdelivery, loss or return of parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address errors, the customer shall bear all additional reshipping fees for secondary delivery services.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your parcel is missing or cannot be tracked during international transportation, please contact our customer service team and provide your valid order information within 7 days after the expected delivery date, and we will launch a professional logistics investigation.
Damaged Items:
If your bag products have surface scratches, fabric damage, hardware breakage or damaged packaging after arrival, please feedback to our support team within 48 hours of receipt. You need to provide clear and original photos of the damaged products and complete outer packaging for verification. Our after-sales team will review your case and provide effective solutions as soon as possible.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

All fashion bag products are attached with detailed care instructions. Customers should use, clean and store the products in accordance with official guidelines to avoid unnecessary wear and damage and prolong product service life.
SZE WA LAW does not assume liability for product damage, deformation, fading or hardware failure caused by improper cleaning, artificial collision, overloading, unauthorized modification or daily misuse of the bags.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and other clearance fees charged by local customs authorities of the destination country. All such extra charges are borne independently by the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost.
